(From Husband) I need to use a resistance band for daily lumbar-strengthening exercises following an original 2 months of doctor prescribed physical therapy. After a year of use the band provided to me by the therapist broke, so naturally I shopped on Amazon for a suitable replacement. Interestingly, it's hard to buy just a single band, or even a 5-pack of bands with the same resistance -- not that I knew the exact resistance of the old band anyway. So, it seemed okay to try out the 5-level "variety" pack offered by londys. My exercise required tying a loop on one end so I can pull with both hands on the other end. The red (heavy) band was thicker than my old one, so it was a little tricky to tie this loop, but I succeeded, and the modified band turned out to be just (barely) the right length. It works like a charm. I've only been using it a couple of months, so I can't vouch for the life expectancy claims, but the band is very strong and shows no signs of breaking. If it ever does break, I can just substitute the extra heavy or medium bands; the other two bands probably would work also if I just pull a longer distance. Of course, I also have the flexibility to change resistance levels at any time to make a stronger or weaker workout. The bands are individually wrapped, then further put inside a closable black case. Possibly overkill, but the packaging is going to protect the rubber until use, and it won't easily get lost. All in all, nice product, and good value!

I started using these bands less than a month ago. I needed something in my life to get me moving in the direction of exercise. I am 67, overweight, out of shape, with limited space for a large piece of equipment in the house. And then I risk being mad at myself for not using it possibly. I had nothing to lose by buying these Resistance Bands with their affordable price and space needed to use. In less than a month I will report to you I am thrilled with these bands. I am shocked that I actually look forward to my "workout" as it is so simple but highly effective. With as little as a ten minute workout I am sleeping so much better. I have more energy in the day and, sorry, but more regular. That might be TMI but it is true. Moving the body just makes everything work better. A recent 3 day trip to the beach I simply tucked my band into my bag not missing a beat in my workout. I feel so good without a lot of expense or hassle. I think these bands are good for anyone that wants some kind of exercise. My body is thanking me for this new way of working it. The bands themselves are of good quality. You get different strengths of bands, I am still using the lightest one but will work my way up to more resistance. You won't be sorry for getting these bands.

They work. A decent alternative to the popular theraband, but definitely not as durable or elastic as the name brand. However, I think they'll work fine for most exercises.

Got these to help with pt at home. Great value for the money. Our pt sells them but they're about the price of setup for only 2.

I am an Occupational Therapist and I purchased this resistance bands for work not knowing what to expect as I never worked with this specific brans before. I also liked that it comes in 5 different progressive resistance. I was very impressed with the quality of the bands, the length of each one is enough to use for different exercises and so far none of them have broke. It was a great buy.

i've been using these since 2023 and I like them. They are still stretchy. I use them though for resistance with my arms while I do walk in place so perhaps i'm not the best regarding heavy long term use.

I purchased these bands for rehab after having a mastectomy. I am now 10 weeks post surgery and can't believe how well my range of motion and my flexibility have improved. My posture also improved as I continued to use these bands. Everyday I follow YouTube videos posted by cancer rehab physical therapist, Kelly Sturm, who specializes in oncology, lipedema, and lymphatic health. I am pleased that my arm muscles have become more defined and my leg swelling has greatly been reduced. I would recommend these bands to all because of their graduated resistance, long length, and durability.

I liked this product because it came with multiple levels or resistance but the light bank just snapped after 7 months of regular use, and I was even careful not to leave them in extreme temperatures, like leaving them in my car during work. So I have to use the medium bank now but I hope they don't snap soon.
