Product Description
This botanical food supplement only contains tincture of the highest quality organically produced Hops. 1ml is equivalent to 333mg of dried herb. The extract is made using 60% organically produced pure grain alcohol in order to extract the optimum phyto-nutrients. Recommended dose: 1ml (10 drops) three times a day. Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding. Tinctures are the best way to take herbal supplements as they are highly bio-available and do not contain unnatural ingredients like pills and capsules.

0.5ml to 1.5ml (5 to 15 drops) three times a day with water, fruit juice or hot beverages.

Very pleased that I did
Bought this product after reading that hops helps with sleep problems. As I didn't want to faff about with boiling dried hops etc, I chose the tincture. Very pleased that I did, it actually works! And the added bonus is that it is organic. Have reordered, and will continue to do so 😊
