These seem to work and help relieve a cold when I’ve felt it coming on. They’re easy to use as you just let dissolve on your tongue. I will say the taste isn’t terrible but does leave a slight after taste… could just be me. I’ll repurchase as it’s a good price!

I really think it is working. From the moment I dissolved the first one I felt soothing. Then I got a fever and the fever broke really quickly. Idk if it’s placebo but I’m going to keep at it as I’m feeling so much better. I’m trying to do one every three hours.

What other purchasers have said about the taste is true. Blech.However I didn’t take this at the onset but a day into my flu like symptoms. Taken as directed at the end of the first day I did feel better. I will keep these on hand to take at the onset next time.

Work very well, butDefinitely upset my stomach if I didnt have food in my stomach.So a NO during the night, but ok for daytime relief.
