When I get up the doggie tries to take this chair over! The elevator function comes in very handy if you're injured/recuperating from something or elderly. So we bought a second one for Grandma! Good price, easy to assemble, looks good in the "media room". The heat function is nice. The massage settings are good entertainment! You can take a good nap in it. The only thing remaining to be seen is how long it works!

I use this lift chair everyday for 12 hours on average with back problems, hip dysplasia, neck pain, metal in my leg, etc and usually I can't get comfy but this lift chair is like a retreat for my body. I use a pillow attached to the back of the chair, along with a wrap around neck pillow and a lumbar pillow that I always use no matter where I'm sitting and I have a nice cover on it because I didn't want my dog to scratch it upI will say that it is not fake leather but more of a soft leather like fabric. The support in this lift chair is so nice and the heat works AMAZINGLY well but the vibration is somewhat weak however sometimes it is kind of nice to use. I also use 2 bed pillows for my legs and just love this lift chair.It is nice and big but not too big. The side controller with USB charging port works wonderful. It is great for use with smaller devices like Bluetooth headphones, cell phone, tablet... but not for bigger items.Overall this was an amazing investment and I'm not ever giving it up!

I needed a comfy chair after my brain surgery. Assembly was easy, chair is comfortable except too big for a smaller person AND the heater doesnt work properly

This recliner checks all the boxes for me. Recently diagnosed with anal cancer and getting ready to start chemo, a recliner is going to be a must from what I’ve read. This recliner is built solid, the lumbar support and seat cushion are firm yet fit my body and allow me to stay seated for extended periods, otherwise, I would be in bed. The heat feature works well, I tried the message option but I doubt I’d ever use it. The motorized recline works well. I bought the grey suede and it's very soft.It was delivered early and came in three boxes, assembly was easy for me but would be difficult for the elderly or if lifting is an issue. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Heating quit working after 5 days! Vibration is bad and not a massage at all! Chair back is very uncomfortable and the head rest is not high enough to lay your head back without a pillow.My biggest complaint is the heat in the back just quit and doesn’t work. Seems like a major problem with this chair.Update:Amazon was absolutely no help at all when the heating stopped after 1 week! When I called they sent me a email telling me to return the chair for a full refund. Mind you a chair that weighs 160 pounds and no box they want you to drag to UPS to send back for a refund. When I explained I didn’t want to return the chair just hook me up with someone that could fix the heat stopping after 1 week. They replied again with send the chair back.Amazon did absolutely nothing to help me at all.Stay as far away from this as you can because chair stopped working and Amazon isn’t reliable enough to stand behind it at all.

Perfect comfort, size, height and price

Upon opening, I discovered the stabilizing feet were not in the box (the very first step in the assembly instructions). I decided to put it together anyway as my husband had just come home for a rehab hospital for a broken pelvis/back.- It went together pretty easily but it did take three of us to hold the fabric back and try to align the parts. I tested it out and decided it’s plenty stable without the little “feet”.-The chair looks good and is fairly comfortable. -The massage feature is just some mild vibrations, though. It’s nothing like the massage chairs at the nail salon. This is more like sitting on an idling motorcycle wrapped in padding and fabric. It’s also about as noisy lol-Luckily I bought it more for the lift feature which works fine, BUT I think that’s where the little stabilizer feet would be needed.- I ended up putting this in a corner rather than against the wall where I planned because it needs to be a couple of feet away from the wall to fully recline. Plus all the wires are an eyesore , so the bigger helps hide all that mess.

Shipping was great! Expected to get it April 3 received it March 30th way ahead of time. Three boxes all came at the same time. Easy to install except for the braces for the back of the chair. My fault I did not insert them at the same time and one bent slightly, so be careful. The metal is not strong to take mistakes. However, I was able to correct that. Installation took about 15 minutes. Four plugs in all. Connecting wires was easy. Installation sheet didn’t have much written on it, but then it didn’t need much explanation. Looking forward to the mechanism working for a long time. Will come back to this in three months and add to this review.
