I have had several HP products and when my old computer started acting up, I went for another HP. Unit is pretty fast and responsive. I prefer a tower unit to a laptop as I find a keyboard more responsive. The model has a disc drive which I prefer. Many other products do not have one and it means using a remote stand alone which takes up more room. Great computer for the price.

Computer is 8x faster than my old HP. Hard to find anything wrong with it. It's fast and I love how fast it is. I'm not a gamer, so I don't have any input for that aspect. I did play some Netflix movie on it immediately and even though my WI-FI was abysmally slow, 3MB, it played nicely. I'm hoping to get as long a life out of this computer as the HP one it replaced.

Fraud, buyer beware seller list products new however the manufacturer warranty is not honored by manufacture. They offer their own with NO phone support so it is worthless. This warranty issue is not disclosed to the consumer on Amazon. This company trades under many name on Amazon all with the DE address. This issue makes one think these computers are used not new. The in service date with Manufacture is 6 months before I bought the computer from Amazon. So I received 6 month warranty with HP not the year normally provided by HP.

Haven’t had it very long but seems to work nicely. No installation instructions so I was on my own, but I guess if this 71 year old can figure it out anyone can!

Purchased "used like new" model and couldn't be happier. Ultra fast with 1TB SSD and 32GB of Ram. 'Cloned" everything (including programs) from my old computer with Zinstall and all went well with 1 caveat. It was not mentioned until midway downloading that one must remove antispyware (in my case Norton 360). It took me many hours to finally uninstall Norton (what a pain) and I started over again the next day and it went without a hitch. Amazon sells all that is needed (adapters and switches) that enabled me to use 1 screen and transfer everything by internet. Easy-peezee.

I must have done something wrong when I copied everything over, because I had to change the properties on all my folders and files to allow me access. Easy to do, just annoying.

Pros: Easy Set-Up, Fast Boot and Shut Down, Fast Processing.Cons: Keyboard is Smaller than Standard (Aggravating), Sound is Horrible (Have to adjust on almost anything you want to listen to), CD Drive is poorly made and needs to be handled carefully as to not break it, Machine is so Light that you have to hold onto it when plugging into or taking out of the USB Drives, "On Button" and the "CD" Drive Buttons are Not Buttons and you need a Fingernail to be able to use them (Horrible Design), Windows 11 is not the Best.
