Excellent customer service
Very effective lights, they need to be inside a frosted or diffused lamp for best effect. I ordered 2 but one was faulty. It was replaced within 24hours. Excellent customer service.

Arrived on time. Nice product but it really only gives the flame effect if enclosed in a frosted glass shade. all in all these are a nice product.

This does the job I wanted it for well, but it doesn’t look like a flame, you can clearly see every LED I recommend putting behind something very opaque, then the flicker is good but very bright
