SCANPANSilver,SP71231800 Impact 2.5 Litre Saucepan with Lid

I got this for general purpose use as I found that the latest Le Creuset TNS and Anolon pans tend to accrue a "scum" line when boiling up some green vegetables, it's a pain to remove on a continual basis, being stainless steel this incurred no similar problems. So will tend to use this for vegetable preparation and non-stick/anolon for all other duties. Other than that, this is a quality product. Recommended.

Nice and hefty saucepan. Works great on my Cafe induction stove with barely any buzzing, even when empty.

I am very happy with my purchase, this pan is great, although it takes a little scrubbing to clean when cooking mashed potatoes, and I was a bit surprised to see it had no hole in the lid, but when cooking it was fine, the lip wasn't bubbling up at all to my surprise, maybe due to the weight in the lid keeping it down. they look great, so much so that I purchased a second one. These saucepans will not disappoint.

I splurged and bought the Scanpan Tagine and was I pleasantly surprised. The material is so high quality, nothing ever burned in it and the cleanup was so easy that I decided to get a saucepan. And this one is just as amazing as the Tagine. I wish they made a very small pot for heating small amounts of liquids. Yes, Scanpan is expensive but now I know why. Well worth the money and you probably have this cookware for the rest of your life.
