A QUALITY LOCK
Brilliant little padlock. Nice looking easy to set up and strong. Just used on a trip to Mexico after reading review about how good this lock is. It lived up to the review and we have decided to purchase two more .

Bought for a travelling holiday - great lock. Very sturdy and felt secure.

Perfect size to go through the zips
If someone is determined to break into my luggage, they will - and they'll probably have suitable tools to hand to cut off a lock. However, this Master Lock padlock should dissuade the casual thief which is why I bought it. It is the perfect size to thread through the zip on my suitcase. I looked at several brands on Amazon, but I already have many Master Lock padlocks that I have had for several years (locking my shed, boats, etc) and I am very happy with the brand.It is very easy to set the combination (that is, the instructions were simple to follow).

Decent deterrent. Not really going to keep you safe from burglars
Lock works fine as a deterrent. The red paint in mine started rubbing off almost straight away (within three nights usage). Worked across various hostel lockers I tried. Happy but this is not a game changer.

Worked for two months then combination wheels won’t turn at all so can’t be locked

Great, but TSA cut it anyways
Lock seems nice, was easy to use, etc...The TSA cut 1 of my 4 locks. I was told they don't bother using their "master key" and they do not have to.

The numbers are not very readable in low light
The numbers should have been printed in a darker color. Numbers are almost transparent which makes it difficult to read dim or low light. Otherwise the lock is good.
