Does the Job if you know how to use them
Got these super cheap, quite big for the spec. Fairly new into sourdough, and had problems moving dough from my plastic baskets. Wan't sure what the problem was, tried these. Limited improvement, did more research, the answer "rice flour" has no gluten doesn't turn to dough, doesn't stick. Even with my plastic baskets I can turn out my dough without issue. If you dust with bread flour, or plain flour, or wholemeal flour, the moisture in your high hydration dough just turns your dusting into more dough, thats' more sticky dough hence the problems turning out. Good luck, (these liners do help, for me, at least.
