Finally a trap that works!
We live a pretty rural area so mice are just something we have to constantly keep up with, its a way of country life! I recently stocked up on some new snap traps as we have had a bit of an explosion of mice activity around our property. First I tried the Victor old fashioned wood base metal trigger - they are just set too tight...had multiple nights of all the traps licked clean of peanut butter and none of them went off! That is SO frustrating. So decided to return those and try something else, happened upon these, looked interesting and thought I would give them a try.OMG! love them! First off setting these things is awesome, so easy! No hair-pin triggers to try and hold to have it snap closed just when you think you have the little bar set under the trigger. These have a 2 bar system, so you literally just push the rear bar back until it catches in the trigger on the back, let go and its done. The front bar raises up and that's what snaps closed on the mouse, so you don't have to touch that bar at all which is awesome. When you clean out the trap of the dead rodent, you again just push the rear bar back and the mouse falls out. I always hated cleaning out the other ones cause you have to touch the bar that's holding the dead mouse, kinda gross, they carry a lot of diseases so I don't want my hands near them. These let you do the setting and cleaning with the rear bar making it so much easier and sanitary. The paddle and bait portion are equally well thought out. The mouse has to stand on the paddle to get to the little hole in the center with the bait so its pretty much guaranteed to go off if they try to get to the bait. The traditional wood base traps they can stand off to to the side and eat the bait without having to put any weight on it, so they often get the bait and don't move the paddle enough to trigger it to snap closed. All in all these are an 11 out of 10 - they work awesome! Setting, Cleaning and kill rate....best mouse traps I have ever had. Looking forward to actually catching some mice and keeping the population under control.

No more anxiety with setting the wooden trap
So i seen some mixed reviews and even seen 1 video of a mouse just taking the bait no problem, but i decided to give them a try. I've caught 2 mice no problems and what i learned is you have to smoosh something nice n tight into the bait hole (i noticed bait being gone the first night). I used bread and have caught the mouse with no problems. These are SUPER easy and anxiety free when setting!! I used to dread setting a mouse trap lol these set easily and don't go when placing them in their location. Also its true as other reviews have mentioned that these are able and easier to reuse b/c you don't have to touch the area that snaps on the mouse at all. It taking some getting used to as i usually throw the entire trap away after i catch a mouse, but i think these are worth it. Buy them!

They Work, easy to set
These traps are really great. No more stolen bait as the mouse must trigger the trap to access the bait. Love these

Easy to set
An efficient and user-friendly mouse trap designed for quick, humane results. Its high-sensitivity trigger and powerful kill bar ensure effectiveness, while the easy setup and disposal make it hassle-free. The durable design is reusable, offering great value for pest control. Though not ideal for larger infestations, it’s reliable for occasional use.

they work great for adult mice
These worked perfectly. I had what seemed like a major infestation; woke up about 10 days ago to a massive mess, never seen so many mouse turds on the counters. I got six of these traps delivered the next day, killed three mice every night for 3 nights in a row, two more on the fourth night and I haven't seen any since....and not one mis-fired trap....no-touch disposal of the dead mice is also very easy. No mice for three nights now and no droppings on the counters....I think I can safely clean the up and put 'em away until the next invasion.

Traps that actually work!
Good quality, easy to set traps. Bait with peanut butter and they work well. It’s easy to empty the trap once the mouse is caught. These really are a better mouse trap.

There are better traps to be had
Seemed like a good idea, but I think it catches more customers than mice. Easy to set, but not easy to make it hair trigger. The best way I found was to stand a almond or nut of some kind in the pot (a drop of superglue to hold it in place) would help trip it when the mice struggled with the nut. Even then it was not highly effective. Peanut butter was only a free meal for them. The diving board water trap has proven the most reliable.

This trap works, even on bait shy mice.
I had a mouse that was in my house for nearly a month. I called the pest control service twice. The first visit they brought this large box that was a trap (like ones they have left outside for packrats (which have been very effective) and left it, as well as placing a glue trap near where we have seen the mouse. Almost a week goes by then we see the mouse again. At night I heard a noise, found the little bugger in a small trash can, covered it with another can, took him outside and let him go. 4 days later he was back again. I called pest control again, they place 5 glue traps all over the place. At that time I bought the Victor trap and set it. A few days later ai heard the snap and there he was. All the efforts of the pest control service were ineffective, but the Victor trap caught the mouse.
