The life of a glove is not easy. More than any other part of your riding kit, gloves have the most contact with the elements. With that in mind, the Burton team chooses the women's bestselling Burton GORE-TEX Under Glove + Gore warm technology. DRYRIDE 2L fabric, and a GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY GORE-TEX membrane protect this Thermacore insulated glove from the worst weather conditions. Screen Grab synthetic leather gives you stealth touchscreen control with any finger. A removable four-way stretch fleece liner dries quickly and gives you options for any weather. Wear just the liner when shoveling, just the shell in sloppy spring conditions, or combine the two for total midwinter warmth and comfort.

These are a must - you get what you paid for
I ordered these gloves because I used to wear Gore-Tex gloves in the military and they really keep my hands warmth. I these are better gloves, they came in today so I used them shovel snow in 11 degree temp with high winds. I did not feel the cold or wind on my hands at all. I have to admit that when you put the inserts on with the outer glove the fit is a little tight but I think that's just a break-in period. I have large hands and I have long fingers so I ordered the XL because I wear a size 8 in women's glove. Thought about getting the men's size gloves but there was no need I will be ordering a second pair in a different color. FYI- the outer glove is touch screen sensitive but the liner are not touch screen sensitive. I may buy a second pair if the price come down a bit.

great gloves
my wife has extremely poor circulation so i was looking for a quality pair of gloves for her to use when snowboarding. the quality of the gloves is great and they kept her hands warm on the mountain all day in 10 degree temp without the inner liners. will see how they hold up over time but so far they are well worth the money.

The inner lining gloves are great to wear separate for normal winter days
The inner lining gloves are great to wear separate for normal winter days, and I love the touch sensitive material for using my phone and car touch screen. The gortex gloves are great with keeping my hands toasty warm. Work the liner gloves plus the gortex gloves the fit is slightly small but without the liner the gloves fit fine. With both gloves together the fit is just snug but I am able to move my hands well for winter snow storms and shovel, drive, etc...

Poor quality, big rip after only having them for 2 weeks
I've only had these gloves for just two weeks and there is already a huge rip in one of the gloves. I've worn them on a few hikes, while using a shovel (to dig a few snow pits and there wasn't much snow to dig), and wear while snowboarding. I've gone out snowboarding 4 times with these gloves. The rip isn't even the glove that I carried my snowboard with! I had a different pair of Burton gloves (the ones with the strap tightener instead of these with the Velcro) and those lasted so much longer (I had them since the end of 2017) The only reason I bought a new pair was that I lost them, unfortunately.Another issue with these gloves is that they're hard to put on with the inner gloves. I have to struggle to get my fingers to move past the fabric in the glove to get them to fit. And yes, I did check the size before buying.

... many times is sub zero temperatures and couldn't be happier with my purchase
Used these many times is sub zero temperatures and couldn't be happier with my purchase. These gloves and liner gloves work great to keep my hands warm with hand warmers in though temperatures and can still easily complete fine motor tasks. Material has held up and do not see it being an issue any time soon. Just remember to take care of the gloves and they will take care of you.

very warm, but fingers too short
I bought 2 pairs size small, one for my wife and one for me. We only opened one and it seemed tight to me, but I had bought the largest size available (except XL) that day. I wear a size 6 surgical glove. The fingers were way too short, with the bottom of the finger coming just below my middle knuckle. I tested one pair for warmth, however, and they kept my fingers warmer than any glove I had ever tried. We returned the other pair for a similar but more expensive glove from the same company that was available in Medium and it was perfect.

causing your feet and hands to go numb VERY EASILY. it SUCKS
I have Reynauds disease. Not deadly, but your blood vessels/capillaries in your feet and fingers shrink at the first sign of cold, causing your feet and hands to go numb VERY EASILY. it SUCKS. It is NOT FUN being in the snow when this happens. These gloves were the FIRST for this NOT to happen! My hands were warm. I was so happy. They finally starting going a little numb after an hour or two but it was only one or two fingers.

Not warm, very dissapointed
My wife has complained about cold hands, and I blamed her for purchasing cheap gloves. For Christmas I got here these Burton gloves, specifically because they were advertised to be warm (because of the liner, layering?). Her hands were very cold after only a few minutes of cross country skiing, we had to return to warm up. Unfortunately we waited for the snow, and the return window closed. Now we have another pair of junk gloves, but $70 spent! BTW, her feet are fine in the boots - why can boots provide necessary insulation but these expensive gloves do not?

The gloves are good...
I'd been looking at these in store last spring but they didn't have my size so I thought I'd buy them online whenever I'd see that they have my size. -40s Celsius are frequent in winter where I live so warm gloves are a MUST. When I ordered them, I received the wrong color, and the wrong size (one size up). I could only get a refund, and not an exchange, so I decided not to bother returning them. I needed gloves, and they weren't as pricy on Amazon as they were in the local store.I give it to them, the gloves and liners are VERY warm. The only problem is that the liners are so big they barely even fit inside the glove. If I had Small or X-Small liners with Small or Medium gloves, it would be perfect but they already pretty expensive.
