Kids have enjoyed playing with these and using water and splitting it out and working out how much to split between them. Great learning tool!

With a small human at home bursting with curiosity, I thought introducing some science equipment might channel that enthusiasm into learning. The graduated cylinders caught my young one's eye immediately, probably because they resembled something out of a colourful potion-making book.Using these cylinders offered both of us an interactive way to experiment and learn. The colour-coded collars were a nice touch, aiding in quick identification, especially for a child still grasping the concept of measurements. The robust bases ensured no tipping over during our mini experiments. However, it's crucial to mention that even though they're designed for children, supervision is necessary.Cleaning up afterwards wasn't troublesome. A quick rinse and they were ready for our next escapade. That said, the measurement marks started to fade a tad sooner than expected, which was a minor hiccup in what was otherwise a wonderful experience.These cylinders are not perfect but do offer a hands-on, enjoyable way for kids to delve into basic scientific concepts.

This is a nice set and the company do a bunch of other products of a similar nature (have the funnel set as well), this set has 5 flasks measuring from 10ml (red), 25ml (orange), 50ml (yellow), 100ml (green) and a big one at 250ml (blue). These go really well with the funnel set and are compatible enough you can fit the biggest flask into the holder and have a funnel at the top.There is not much in the way of examples of activities in the booklet that is provided, so you are going to have to research these ideas yourself, but the set is complete and functional and great for home projects.

I’m really impressed with the Learning Resources Starter Science Graduated Cylinder Set. It’s an excellent educational tool for teaching kids about liquid measurements. The visual illustrations provided are incredibly helpful in making the learning process engaging and effective. However, I’d advise taking extra care during the assembly process. I made the mistake of assembling it incorrectly at first because the collar needs to be slid before snapping the base, and it’s a one-time assembly. Once you get that right, this set becomes a fantastic addition to any child’s learning journey.

This trial set really added to our water play toys. The plastic is decent quality and overall quality is good so should last. The different markings and tube sizes turn simple water play into something more educational. Big ideas of estimation, volume, capacity and measures can be explored in a variety of ways suitable for a very wide ability and age range. Nice little booklet of ideas is included too. Jolly good.

This set comprises of 5 plastic graduated cylinders - 10ml, 25ml, 50ml, 100ml and 250ml. Read the assembly instructions before you do anything else as you will need to fit the slider measure markers before you fit the base. Otherwise, you are good to go. The instruction booklet gives some starter ideas and explains how to measure accurately. Use different coloured water or liquids to illustrate layers. The experiment in the instructions of the "Ocean layers" was great fun and a good learning exercise for the kids.

Great set to get children learning about measuring liquids and volumes in general. Particularly effective when you use different coloured liquids as shown on the box.Useful for so many different experiments and lessons, this set has been used so much in nursery, especially with the preschool kids.Brilliant quality as you'd expect from this brand.

A set of 5 different sized measuring cylinders. Our boys have loved using these in a variety of way, measuring and pouring, playing in their mud kitchen and water table. A great way to teach young children about numbers and measuring etc. Strong plastic, with brightly coloured tops and bases.

I loved this for science my son really loves to just fill them up and pour them out or into each other it's just amazing

Il gioco hand2mind starter science set elementare con cilindri graduati arriva nella relativa scatola contenente le 5 provette con differenti capacità con selettore di livello (un "anello" scorrevole che indica un preciso livello) e una guida introduttiva con qualche esperimento (NB. La guida è solo nelle lingue: inglese, spagnolo, francese e tedesco; non è presente l'italiano).Le provette sono da:10 ml, 25 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml e 250 ml. Tutte hanno il beccuccio per poter versare i liquidi con precisione ed il relativo selettore di livello.Tutte le provette sono incartate in modo molto accurato per evitare che si segnino durante il trasporto. L'assemblaggio è veramente molto semplice, bisogna solo prestare attenzione ad inserire il selettore di livello prima della base altrimenti non lo si può più mettere perché una volta che la base è agganciata non la si può più togliere senza rompere il gancetto.Il gioco in sé e per sé in realtà non permette di fare moltissimi esperimenti/giochi (si può misurare e versare). Con la mia bimba lo usiamo in abbinata al gioco degli imbuti (sempre di hand2mind). In questo modo si possono fare più giochi!Mi piacciono molto i giochi scientifici per la mia bimba, riusciamo ad imparare giocando, e cosa può esserci di meglio?!?!A mio parere per far apprendere ai bimbi i vari concetti è necessario giocare insieme a loro, e piacciono davvero molto ad entrambe i momenti in cui giochiamo insieme alle scienziate pazze!!Pur trattandosi di un gioco "banale" apprezzo sempre moltissimo i giochi educativi, quindi lo consiglio!!

Zuerst: Auch wenn hier schön "Learning Resources" als Produktname steht, ist es nicht als der entsprechende Markenname zu verstehen. Das sieht man aber schon auf den Produktbildern, daher ist klar, dass es sich hiermit um ein Spielzeug mit lernfördernden Aspekten handelt.Und wer kann sich nicht an seine ersten eigenen "Experimente" am Waschbecken, mit allerhand Bechern und anderem Krimskrams erinnern? Messzylinder waren damals bei mir selbst zwar nicht dabei, aber hätte ich welche gehabt, wären sie bestimmt zum Einsatz gekommen.🏆Material: Pragmatisches Plastik, wie man es eben erwarten kann. China-Charme ja, aber ich mache mir keine Sorgen, dass man damit nicht einige Jahre Freude am Experimentieren mit Wasser, Matschepampe und Capri-Sonne haben kann. Salzsäure und Co. würde ich aber vorerst meiden.🏆Verarbeitung: China-Plastik nervt manchmal mit Graten, was hier nicht der Fall ist. Alles "rund"!🏆Einsatz: Befüllen und Umgießen funktionieren wunderbar, je nachdem, welche Flüssigkeit es am Ende wird. Durch die verschiedenen Volumen bekommen die Kinder schon recht früh eine Vorstellung, wie viel eben 250 Milliliter und was lediglich 10 ml (plus die Messzylindervolumen dazwischen) sind. Damit haben manche Erwachsene noch Probleme, also erscheint mir die Vermittlung durchaus sinnvoll. Dazu lassen sich über einen Füllstandmesser auch wesentlich "abenteuerliche" Füllstände erzeugen, z.B. einfach mal 175ml oder so einfüllen lassen, dann muss das Kind schon ein wenig Sorgfalt an den Tag legen und lernt nebenbei auch noch etwas über Zahlen. Passt doch, oder?Der Lerneffekt ist also überraschend hoch und das mit einer Sache, die auch noch Spaß macht. Eine ideale Kombination für Kinder ab ca. 3 Jahren, wobei ich sagen würde, dass man mit den einfachen Dingen rund um die Schulung der Feinmotorik (bekomme das Wasser ohne Verluste von einem in den anderen Zylinder...) auch schon wesentlich eher anfangen kann.

Les cylindres sont de belles qualités et adapté aux plus petites mains comme aux grandes. Même remplis ils ne bougent pas ce qui permet de bien travailler la motricité.J’apprécie qu’ils s’adaptent a tout les âges en fonction des expériences proposés.Je recommande
