This is the case every note 8 deserves. Like other reviews have stated, it is pretty heavy. I was genuinely surprised by the weight of the package when it arrived. Let me be clear, I'm not trying to over exaggerate by saying that this case adds like 10 pounds to your phone, but it's definitely going to be the heaviest case youve owned for a smartphone (at least, it was for me)I bought this case in the gold color when it was on sale for $4.99, it's worth every penny! I like it so much, I just ordered the silver one too.The back and front shell are made of aluminum, which adds some weight, but most of it (from what I can tell) comes from the middle silicone protector. It's VERY thick. When all three pieces are put together, it makes very sturdy case that I feel confident enough to carry my phone in.This case also adds size to the phone. The note 8 is already a long phone but itself, but with the case, it looks MASSIVE. That's something I actually like about it, because it's unbranded and it adds a cool military spec/futuristic vibe to the note 8.Overall, I believe it's a good buy. The first one I order was on sale for $4.99, this second case I just bought is $9.99. I'm my opinion, it's still a great deal even at $10. I just hope they dont raise the price any higher

Great heavy duty case. Best I've ever had. A little difficult to get to the stylus, but worth it. This is a very heavy thing to carry around. So if you're looking for convenience of use, its probably not for you. I work in a wood shop most of the time and need something rugged. I don't use a screen protector. Not sure if it would work well with one.

Wertige Verarbeitung. Sehr massives Aluminiumgehäuse mit guter Passgenauigkeit. Für mich im täglichen Einsatz leider nicht verwendbar, wie ich nach einem Tag Nutzung feststellen musste. Einfach zu schwer und zu klobig.Vergrößert das Handy noch mal um gut 10 % in der Dimmension. Deshalb in der Handhabung nicht sehr angenehm. Für den harten Einsatz mal irgendwann im Gelände würde ich es wieder temporär verwenden.
