Great solar light!
These lights are small but efficient. They were easy to install and program. I chose the "Dim at dusk, bright when motion is detected setting". I am please with the "accent" lighting provided in the dim mode. The sensor picks up the motion of a person about 16' away and at all angles. When motion is detected after dark, the light intensity increases then fades back to dim after 30 secs. I have 4 mounted approximately 7' off the ground and spaced 10' apart. I'm happy with the amount of light provided in both dim and bright modes. It's too soon to tell about the battery/solar charger life but they work great out of the box. They come on dim just before it gets too dark to see. In my installation, they get plenty of sun where they are mounted so recharging has not been an issue. I plan on adding some in some not so sunny locations after a few months of evaluation. One thing that might be better is the on/off/program switch. I like that it is an actual bottom but would rather it be accessible from front so the mode could be changed without dismounting the light. I also wish there was a "constant dim at dusk" setting in addition to the three settings it has. These were a great deal at the sale price of $14.95 for 4 lights, and, if they last, a decent deal at the regular price of $21.95.

It works.
Overview: The lights work as you'd expect.Pros: The lights are pretty bright, and the motion sensing works well. Multiple modes give you some optionsCons: The light cone is somewhat narrow and the screws are utter garbageReview: They are solar-powered, motion-activated night lights. They work exactly as they are supposed to. The lights are pretty bright, even if they don't cast their light very far. The sensing range is actually outside the illuminated area, which is nice because the lights can be placed in important areas and they will be illuminated before you get there. That said, the screws are made of zinc, aluminum, or mystery metal. Two of the heads sheared off during installation. I was using a screwdriver and going into wood siding...

Buy these; you will love them.
These things are great! I set them up on my back yard gate; one facing inward so I can see the locking mechanism at night, and three facing front. The multiple settings took a little playing around to figure out, but that's my fault - I read the manual last.It has been raining very hard here for several weeks, so I can attest to the waterproofing. They're also nice and bright, and recharge easily in the sunlight.Edit (4/5/18): One light has developed a problem. At first I thought it was dead, but I opened the back and moved the wires around a bit and noticed the LEDs start to flicker. I'm not sure yet, but there may be a short or maybe some dust or pollen got inside and is causing some issues. I'm doing some testing, and hopefully will have more to say in a few days.

1 Light Not Working
Great lights so far but 1 of mine hasn't worked since I received them. Love the mode 2 setting with dusk till dawn dim light and bright with motion sensor. I have already ordered another 2 sets but would like the seller to replace the 1 light that's not working. I will update review if I hear back from them.

they make the back yard look nice for about an 1-2 hours in the winter
they make the back yard look nice for about an 1-2 hours in the winter. I'm hoping in the summer they really get charged up and last all night. I can't say they light up the yard but they do light up a small area. I like them. I'm hoping the solar technology really gets better, which I believe they are going to, so we can power everything with the sun easily. They aren't a motion sensor light. Good option for the price.Dean Gould: The Greatest Sales Book Ever Written

Started off great....
Started off great....then issues were noticed that are a deal breaker. The biggest concern is that they do not hold a charge very well. What I mean by that is that because of the actual setting for dim light setting is too bright the battery does not last through the full night. I have another set of Lights from a different manufacturer that are much larger and when it is on the dim setting it is maybe 1/4 of the brightness when motion is detected and the light is on fully. This set is almost the exact opposite where the dim setting is about 3/4 of the full light output... So it just wears itself out in a matter of 4 hours or so. And that is every light that does that.one of the lights was not working straight away but I did not notice this until the neighbor advised that they thought something crazy was happening in the house...lol. I actually use the lights in the house to provide Lighting in certain areas and the bathroom is one of them. that bathroom has an actual pool door and the neighbor noticed that the light just kept blinking and flickering almost something to the effect of a haunted house. he was actually able to show me this because it was on his actual camera that covers his backyard witch faces towards my house. sure enough we looked at the day that it started and it actually was the very first day that I purchased the light. because this bathroom is on the opposite side of the house I would have never saw it unless I was up, and usually I just grab the lights from outside turn them on set it and leave. Will after about 5 minutes it will start it's on routine of very rapid erratic flashing.it also appears that the lights are not really made for outside use because they definitely are not waterproof, or resistant for that fact. I set the lights out every morning to charge and a couple times it has rained during the day. what I noticed is that behind the plastic protective layer that is right in front of the LED water will actually build up behind that. I was able to get the majority of water out by simply shaking it, but that would speak to the build quality of the lights. Now I have two lights that will not take a charge whatsoever, or at least that's what I think because they will not turn on.As the saying goes... You get what you pay for and I think I paid maybe 15 bucks so it was a risk worth taking. I would recommend if you are looking for a serious Set of Lights to look elsewhere as these lights do not appear to be the quality that would be needed to give consistent reliable lighting.on a positive note, I do like the fact that it has an on-off switch that is accessible without disassembling the light. That is a very nice feature but does not make up for the rest of the shortcomings.
