Not to heavy and look great, very strong clasp so shouldn’t keep coming undone like some smaller clasps, it comes with link removal kit which is a massive plus for me.

Bracelet is great, looks and feels good quality, very easy to remove links to fit, the closing clasp is easy to use and secure, I have not seen any effect to help for my arthritic wrist yet and have been wearing it now for bout a month. Do magnets work? Who knows. The bonus of a copper ring was nice, it is qquite small and has alreay lost it's black coating, but i bought the item for the bracelet so not bothered.

A fantastic set , quality and stylish, works well

This is a stylish bracelet. It's promised health benefits I can't comment on as I've only just put it on and it most likely will take time to work. It took me a second or two to figure out how to use the adjustment tools but when I did, it really is easy to adjust the size of the bracelet. I took 4 links out and then put 1 back in to get my perfect size. Comfortable to wear and I think good value. I got the grey colour. Oh yeah, nice ring came with it too.
