I was hopeful that this product would work, however it did not. I tried multiple tips and no wax came out of my ears. As you can see, when I used a q-tip, there was certainly wax that needed to be removed. I gave the rubber/silicone tips a few attempts and had 0 success. Additionally, the instructions are blurry and difficult to follow. If I could return this product I would.

So far, the earwax cleaner is working well. I haven't had a lot experience using it yet, but it is very easy and comfortable to use, and I have no worries about it causing any ear damage. I'm unclear why you have to turn one direction only in one ear and the opposite in the other, but otherwise it's pretty easy to understand and straightforward to use. I would recommend others to try this device as one source of safer ear cleaning.

Soft silicone was nice as was the design but did not reach into my ear canal far enough

there are to short ,do not look like the picture spend more money the quality ones work great

Not sure it works; nothing came out

It is very soft and works great! It cleans my ears very vell. The little handle is very helpfull. Highly recomended!
