I used these on my JD 318 garden tractor with mtd snowblower as I had poor traction if there was ice under the snow. These cut into the ice and gave me the traction I needed. Only used one time so far but held up well and seem fairly sturdy. Easy to put on .

These fit my tires perfectly! They work great and do everything they are supposed to! easy to install and easy to take off! This is priced at a really good price as well! I didn't need any extra tools or hardware! Comes with gloves and everything you need! No complaints here , i definitely recommend this product for your tire chains!

Finally I had opportunity to travel to Colorado and test it. Works fine and can save someone day. Cannot say is 100% easy (never saw one tire chain easy...lol) ,but its works. To install is easier the conventional chain and the result is the same or better. Traction comeback with this. Another good positive point is the bag to storage correctly. Recommend .

Got this just to have in the car. One of those hope to never need type items. Time will tell on durability and function. Can't really try it out on 95 degree asphalt.

These Boulder Tools Snow Chains work pretty well. They are probably misnamed, because they're not really chains, but I guess they function as such. I was looking for "snow chains" that were easier to put on than regular chains are, and these are definitely easier to put on than regular chains. It was really easy just to strap the plate to the top of the tire and through the rim. They only give you 10, and you're supposed to put 5 on each tire, so these will fit on 2 tires. I guess you're either supposed to buy 2 sets of these or just put them on the back tires. I strapped these on and went for a drive in a very sandy part of a remote property, and I was able to get out of the sand. I try this sand test on all my tire gizmos, and it usually is a good indicator if the item will work well in the snow. So I expect this will work well during the winter. I recommend this product.

Needed a pair in the truck for bad snow days at work. Very handy and gets me home safely. Easy to set up on the tires for a nice drive on the icy snow
