Perfect heat cushion
This little heat cushion is a miracle. I use it for period cramps or just keep it next to my pillow to help me sleep. The lavender scent is long lasting. I had mine for years and can still smell it. I got for for my mum who has lower back problems and she wont sleep without it. This is 3rd one we bought for my auntie. It helps with headaches too I microwave it for couple minutes and put over my eyes and forehead and it helps to ease the tension.
