Not great to clean out
It has a pull out tray to help you clean the indoor area, however when you pull the tray all the bedding etc falls out as the tray isn’t deep enough and yeah. But it’s been standing for months now and still looks in perfect shape.

brilliant hutch
great item. perfect except for the hinge on the ladder being a bit loose. other than that is a great sturdy hutch, guinea pig loves it. has a draw so cleaning is easy. has a door in the hutch and run so can still play with the little fellow. has a window so we can see him in his house. perfect size for a guinea pig or small rabbit.

Lasted 2 weeks leaving a dangerous environment for rabbit
Our new rabbit lived in this hutch for 2 weeks. After one week, the screws started wearing through the very light wood. After two weeks, the top slat on the slope to the bedding area was found on the floor of the hutch. Very sharp ended tacks were found poking out of the slope. This is extremely dangerous. If I had not noticed it, our rabbit would have torn her skin or worse on these.I contacted the seller who did send a replacement hutch. However, a few weeks later and we are in exactly the same situation….. the ladder has broken off, exposing the screws again. There is no way it can be mended.Please do not buy this hutch, we have wasted our money on something which is unsafe.

Wooden Hutch
The house is perfect and my baby chick loved it. Chick disappeared and it was not a fox because it was still locked up and in tact. Everyone thought it was the best and so did I.

Not recommended for guinea pigs
We have two Guinea pigs the hutch was for them in the nice weather, lovely hutch but I do not recommend it for them as the ladders/ramp is to steep so they can't access the house without me putting them in it, vide Verda they can't get down.

Hutch is far too small and did not feel comfortable leaving him out at night so had to shut ...
Rabbit managed to rip ramp off within a month - thank goodness I had a larger hutch ready for him! Hutch is far too small and did not feel comfortable leaving him out at night so had to shut him in, which meant he had very little light coming in when I wasn't able to supervise him. Door openings of the hutch also meant that catching him was a pain & very traumatic for both of us!
