Great addon for embedded testing!!
Works with windows 10 pro laptop without any extra setup. Flawless communication on line. No drops or garbage dump observed till 57.6kbps.

As per price very high price .

RS-485 interface is not as per standard spec and so does not work always!
The EIA/TIA-485 standard says for representing the 'Space' ("0") state the differential voltage between D+(A) and D-(B) must be atleast -200mV. But an Oscilloscope connected to this converter RS-485 signal pins always shows around zero volts differential voltage for the 'Space' ("0") state. Tested with few commercial industrial equipment with RS-485/Modbus-RTU connectivity and majority of these industrial equipment fail to communicate with this converter. So basically useless!

Good, but short wires, systems slow
When plug to usb port of my laptop, system UI become slow (it like loading). Otherwise good atleast give 1mtr cable, (they give 0.5mtr very short).but communication ok.
