Games Workshop - Warhammer 40,000: Paints + Tools Set

Excellent place to get your basic tools and paints to work on 40k Minatures.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he was shocked and very happy with the warhammer paint set.

Citadel paints are tge best so far that I have used in an airbrush. I only have about 15 colors and out of the 4 I have used. The paint seemed to be dried out and thick. I fixed it by soaking them in hot water

Another paint starter set. As usual it will come with a brush, plastic clipper, and a scrape tool. Lots of variety of paints to choose from this kit and will definitely be needed. The paints will be thick so be sure to shake thoroughly before use. I actually recommend picking up both paint starter kits as it's a good value for the paints and tools.

Great overall. Would like another brush added. The kit has several different types of paint, but only one brush.

The paint is high quality. The paint seems to be made for this specific purpose. They put a lot of thought and effort into creating something that suits miniatures. Can you find something like this elsewhere? I have no idea. I'm going to put some under the microscope but yeah it's paint. The brush that comes with this is pretty decent. The instructions could be better, but I can definitely see that they are trying. You have to be willing to experiment and take a chance. If you do the math you're getting quite a bit of paint for a pretty good price. You might end up needing a color that they aren't shipping which is a shame, but I think that's an excellent set.

It is a second box we bought. My son is into warhammer painting. He likes it lot.

A good value paint set that is especially ideal if purchased one of the starter box sets which has space marines and tyranids. It gives you more options for more detailed painting plus a bunch of them will be handy for other armies if you decide to move on to others. It comes with some cutters to remove the parts from the sprues, a little file to smooth off mould lines and a basic paint brush that is ok but would recommend a better brush for finer detail
