Simple cheap solid bike for home gym - good resistance, comfy seat, good price at time of purchase
Needed to replace my bike due to age and the screen falling off. Bought this as a replacement and I am not disappointed.Used for morning daily workout to get the blood pumping and help with quad recovery due to knee problems. Controls are basic but tell you what you need to know, no interaction with apps etc. and no Bluetooth. However, that does distract from the fact its a cheap solid bike and I have clocked up a lot of kilometers with no impact to the performance.Easy enough to assemble, slightly awkward when trying to move it around, but its not very heavy.Overall very happy with the bike and would recommend to anyone who wants a no frills, solid exercise bike.

Good bike but not much varied resistance levels. V good customer service though!
The bike was delivered on time and was easy to put together. So far it’s very sturdy. My only disappointment is that the resistance levels don’t really change until you turn it up to number 6. Then it does get noticeably harder to pedal.I contacted Fit 4 Home Customer service who said that it was common in this bike for the resistance levels to be like that. They offered to replace the bike but as this is my 3rd attempt at buying an exercise bike (previous 2 were Athlyt models and both were faulty so has to return them- not from Fit4Home by the way) I said I’d keep it because I really didn’t want all the faff of having to dismantle another one and send it back again. The Fit 4 Home rep did offer a partial refund, so I accepted that and the money was back in my account within a week, so I can’t fault them on their service in that regard. The Rep- Matt- responded quickly both by email and phone and was very helpful, and suggested buying some ankle weights to increase my workout, which is when he offered me the partial refund so I could purchase some.So all in all the bike is ok, it’s comfortable to ride and the Bluetooth app works well, it folds up easily and doesn’t take up much room when you’re using it. It looks cool too. I just wish the resistance levels were more varied. Please bear that in mind if you decide to buy one.

It's great, love it
It arrived on time, was easy to assemble myself (a lady in her 60's). It's easy to fold and takes up little room. Love it

Compact and comfortable foldable bike
On the whole I would definitely recommend this bike. Positives are that it’s very easy to move and folds up to take up little room; it’s really pretty comfortable with the backrest and handles; it’s very quiet and importantly for me it does actually work with the Fitshow Lite app meaning you can use the app to display your speed distance time and heart rate at the same time. Negatives are that it doesn’t feel that sturdy; it took me a while to screw one of the pedals on tightly enough to stop it falling off; the resistance is pretty light (meaning I only use it on the highest resistance) and the mechanism does get hot if you peddle fast which I tend to do. It did used to really smell at first as if it might start smoking at any time! But all in all it works for me as someone who wants a good HIIT workout and for my wife who wants more of a light cycle. And after having such an uncomfortable and noisy bike it certainly beats those. And to my mind the Bluetooth connectivity makes a real difference as it improves the display so much when you can see more data as you ride and track your rides history too.

Not bad for the price, basic but it does the job
The exercise is fairly basic but for the price I cannot fault it. Don't expect high-tech, it is very much functional and does the job. The bike seems reliable and overall well built and not flimsy. The screen is basic- with revs, time, distance, and built in heart rate monitor. It has bluetooth although don't expect too much in term of linking you phone. The app that comes with the bike is a bit rubbish (you can't export to Strava etc). However I have found another app 'Track my indoor workout' which does actually sync to strava/ garmin via mobile. Alternatively a separate cadence sensor might be a better bet.Provided you just want a bike for a good workout with no bells and whistles, then I can recommend it

Decent budget bike
Yep, does what it says on the tin. Really easy to put together, ignore anyone who says otherwise as they are probably the sort of person who doesn't know how to use a tin-opener. They even give you all the tools with picture-based instructions IKEA style. One of my bolts didn't fasten all the way down, but this was under the LED panel so it didn't matter too much. It would be helpful to have a spare in case this happens.Pretty nice looking bike, seems to work well. Not sure how accurate the pulse, speed and distance readings are. The main gripe for me is that the resistance is just too low. There are settings 1 - 8 and I don't see anyone using it under 5, so half of them are totally useless. Also, I have to put it on 8 feel like I'm getting a decent workout, although 7 for an hour's session is OK. I should add that I am not a frequent cycler so this was disappointing - the resistance should be much higher.Comfy, adjustable (I'm 5ft 11 and it's not too small for me, in fact it was too high on the highest setting) and the back seat is a great idea. Wheels away into a cubby hole quite nicely for when you're not using and also doubles up as an airer when it's unfolded!
