Great idea, but item failed after 2 months. Great customer service though.
I liked the design of this, it worked well for what I needed, however it has just failed within 2 months of purchase. I've checked fuse etc, but dead :-(Update: Supplier shipped a replacement the next day, which is currently fine, so appreciate the excellent customer service.

Decent for the price
Fine for my purpose, fitting to a caravan, but, if I was fitting in my home I'd be looking for better quality. Having said that, it would also cost me much more so, for the price, I'm happy. You get the quality you pay for and this does what it's supposed to and was easy to fit. No screw holes in securing ring to stop it loosening over time but I added one easily.*UPDATE*I received an email from the seller / manufacturer saying they would implement the idea of a screw to secure the locking nut! Impressive! Nice to see.Hopefully future iterations will see this adaptation.
