It's true to its word. It stay cool for over 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It fit perfectly with all my back issues needed healing/ relief. I have already suggested this to many of my friends. I treated C2-T2 spinal and neck swelling after surgery. It helps working those muscles that need to be repaired after surgery. I'd give it a #10 if I could!!!

the only issue is it gets very moist inside and out very quickly. using as suggested for 15 minutes at a time only. would love to have a moisture proof sleeve for item.

I really liked the two different sides having different material. The plush cloth side is perfect to start out with as it keeps it from being too cold at the start. The other side has a colder material and you can easily flip it over after 15 or to 20 minutes and get more coldness doing so. Using both side, I had over 30 minutes and maybe up to 40 …..of good coldness. Unfortunately the bad part is that it was not at all comfort to wear while cooking dinner and moving around the house. It’s heavier in the back side compared to the front side, so the back side slips down the back while moving around and that brings the front snap against the neck….where it is very uncomfortable. However, when I really have a bad headache…I will be using this while laying down (not while doing my chores), so cooking while wearing it just might not be a fair test of it. I hope it will be more comfortable while laying down and resting. The great coldness and the longer amount of time that it stayed cold enough to help me….. is a big plus.

I like this product immensely. It helps my neck tremendously.

Perfect for neck and shoulders.

The cape part of the product is generous and is great for shoulder and just below the neck, but the neck portion barely touches the back of the neck. I had to hold the two wings tightly together to get the relief on my neck. It didn't even touch the sides of my neck where my muscles really hurt. Not very satisfied. It's okay, but not as effective as advertised. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Worked as advertised. hard to find ice pack that goes up the neck.

Love it but it needs a sturdier snap, may me a little too heavy. For me unless I lean the back on something it eventually pulls back and it chokes and thesnap can break.

Used for helping with chronic neck pain / joints and for helping who chemo treatments
