GOOD PRICED SHAVER
I have been a user of rotary shavers in the past and needed to replace my Philips shaver. I liked the idea of being able to charge the shaver with a usb type c lead rather than a specialized charger so I bought this shaver. Over the month that I have used the shaver I have been impressed with the shave and have not experienced any pulling of whiskers that I read in some reviews. It is reasonably light and easily held. If you buy one however you may have to invest in a carrying bag as none is included but the shaver is still good value. The charge lasted about 3 to 4 weeks and it's easy to monitor when the shaver needs to be recharged by the illuminated guage on the handle

Does it do the job?
I am 95 and partially disabled, unable to stand for a wet shave with a blade razor - which I have used for the majority of my shaving life. I did try an expensive 3-head electric razor many years ago and found it didn't give me a smooth enough finish, but thought that I would try one again, so I did a search on Amazon. The choice is bewildering, as are the reviews; as a pensioner I can not afford the very high prices of the famous brands, but the reviews on this one looked good.I have been using it for a couple of months and results so far are acceptable: I bought some pre-electric lotion, which helps a lot and I get an acceptable shave. I was surprised at the seemingly low speed from the 3.2 volt motor and find that I need to make quite a few passes to get reasonably short. I do accept that any electric razor will never get as smooth a result as a blade due to the thickess of the foil between the cutters and the skin.It is comfortable to hold, charges quite quickly from the 4.92 VDC charger - BTW, its USB C plug is smaller than my normal one so the charger is a must. The 5 battery level indicators on the handle are faint, but adequate. The supplied cleaning brush is too small to hold so I use a 1" paintbrush with long bristles.Overall a very well-priced unit which I have come to love, long may it last.

Powerful. Motor
This is a well made razor, that also looks good & is very comfortable in the hand. So easy to use & unlike my previous Phillips I can see how much charge is left, whereas the Phillips crashed mid shave & you couldn't shave with it plugged in - you can with this great electric razor. I also like that it's powerful fast motor is exceptionally smooth.I have only one grievance that stopped it getting 5 stars - Razor Burn!! However, I get round this by:Shaving in the shower using a foam, & then a moisturiser after drying. This way I don't get any razor burn & I get the closest smoothest shave of any electric razor I've ever owned. Not everyone will get razor burn anyway, so I would highly recommend this shaver to anyone.PS: I've only had this excellent shaver for about a week and the shaver burn has gone, by following my advice. Philips could learn something from this model and price.Don't hesitate to buy one. Now t has 5 stars.

Great shaver
I bought this shaver after my Phillishave I'd had for many years failed. I've got to say for the money it's an excellent shaver and so far I'm well impressed with its shave and battery life after only one charge. For the money you just can't go wrong!

A very good electric razor that provides a close shave, but not silky smooth.
I once had a Philips electric three head shaver, it left my face lovely and smooth, yet didn't do much for the growth on my neck, eventually it packed up after years of use. I purchased a Remington and instantly regretted it, it simply wasn't fit for purpose.I shaved (for the first time) with this SweetLF three head shaver, immediately I knew I'd picked the right one for me. It cut through 24 hours growth quickly and efficiently, whilst not being silky smooth, I'm still very happy with the results, hence 4 stars as opposed to 5 (if it had been an extremely close shave), if needed it would take a few minutes with a manual razor blade to achieve the complete smoothness that is required at times. It comes with a brush for cleaning, a 3 pin plug, with adaptor in order to plug in and charge the razor, it comes FULLY charged already, so no need to wait to use it, the box is nice and compact, there were concerns on other reviews as to how easy it could be to turn it on by accident, for me that's irrelevant if you keep it in the box whilst not in use anyway. It did leave a red mark where I'd used it over my throat, to be fair it's not the first electric razor to do that to me.I really do recommend this product, you could easily pay a huge amount extra for a product that isn't much, if any better than this is.

A great shave
Having been wet-shaving for years my wife insisted I should change to an electric razor (I'm now on blood thinners and was often nicking myself). I was pleasantly surprised with this razor. It's quiet, gives a close shave and the battery charge seems to last for ages (after almost three weeks of use every other day it's only down to 40%). Cleaning's a bit of a fiddle but I only do it once a week and I'm getting the hang of dismantling/putting it back together now. Nice that it arrives fully charged. The shaving heads need changing around once a year and are available online. A good buy.

Generally OK for the price, lasted about 2 years...
The blade cutter head's link to the shaver body is very weak, the plastic holding head link spring broke. So when whashing/rinsing it or otherwise cleaning the blades, pay particular attention to this head link. Next, it recently startet loosing power, the indicator lights gone off one by one, and after a week it just died. Well, it served me for about 2 years, so I guess for this price it was OK.
