Waste of Money
I bought two units. One, The compressor never turned on, the return air never worked (No air came out).The second unit worked for 30 minutes and then it stopped. The AC never turn on again. I called the customer service number on the back of the manual to see if there was something I was missing or a trick to get it to work. Their answer was "Return it". I asked, Is there any help you can give me?. Their answer "NO".I returned both units the same day.

Missing Window kit and hose
With my health condition, I need an air conditioner. The window kit, hose and remote control was missing from the box. Thankfully I could repurposed my previous ac's hose and I had purchased a window kit.
