Only lasts about a year.
Updated 3/19 - I have finally heard back from their customer service team via email. They asked for my order details. I'll report back and update my review once they reply again. Back up to 4 stars if they take care of me. :)Updated 3/18/25 - No response from their website customer service, and you can no longer call them. The phone rings, the automated system picks up and tells you the call may be recorded for customer service purposes, then it rings a few times and hangs up. I have tried calling 4 or 5 times now and get the same hang up. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Updated after they replaced the bad one. Good customer service at first. Now a year later this one also now had a bad motor. Hoping to hear back from customer service. But I doubt it... the phone number no longer picks up and the app won't connect to my robot. I think they might be going bankrupt.Updating my review as of 11/27 - As of today, the right side drive motor apparently stopped working (according to the robot's error message). I just emailed seauto and if they call back and stand behind their warranty I will be sure to follow up and let you all know. For now, I'm changing my review to 1 star since the product only worked well for 3 months.Worked great, better than expected... but can't get the super fine dust after a wind storm. Still need the manual vacuum for that... but that's existed with these robots.

This is my first pool robot. Pool is 16x32The WORSE thing that I’ve found is that while in wall mode it occasionally hits the skimmer and of course all water is blocked if the pump is going. Turn pump off before to save from the pump running dry.My pool has sloped sides in the deep end at 9 feet deep and slopes up to the shallow end at 3 feet deep so I didn’t know how this would perform. It seems to do best with the sloped sides after it learns the walls in the shallow end first. There has been occasions where it doesn’t “climb” the walls in the deep end. It has to turn “up” so much before the propeller kicks in to hold it against the walls. The battery lasts as stated and vacuums up the tiniest of particles up to big leaves. The self righting feature works as designed. I have stairs in the shallow end and it does climb them. When it comes to the last stair and comes up out of the water it shuts down the vacuum part and after a few seconds it reverses back down the stairs and goes elsewhere. The floor only feature works good and it tracks very well to cover every part of the floor. It does seem to “map” out the pool floor as it doesn’t miss any parts in floor mode only. It does have problems in the deep sloped ends as it senses the slope and understands the slope as the wall and turns around quit often in floor mode. In all cover mode it is random about cleaning and has no set cover mode like floor mode. It does speak to you and let you know which cleaning mode it is in. The app is very helpful but the robot must be near Wi-Fi and Bluetooth must be turned on the phone for the app to operate. The basket is easy to release and clean. Other than it not sensing when it’s stuck in the skimmer this robot is very good.The one piece of advise for the engineers is while cleaning the waters edge in wall/all cover mode have one track be slightly slower than the other so it will sort of creep along the edge instead of bobbing up and down in one spot. I do this manually when I’m near it but this would be another “above the rest ” type feature for advertising. No compensation expected but very good advice for business.I do wish a replacement battery was advertised along with the robot. I haven’t called the number to see about getting a replacement for future use however.All in all I’m very satisfied with this robot and don’t see a reason to buy another competitor’s product as this does everything needed.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
Do not buy this product or any other product from this company!!! I am not giving it any stars but had to check 1 star to submit this review. I would give 100+ NEGATIVE stars if that was an option!!! 😡🤬The pool robot worked fine in the beginning and then after several months stopped working. I contacted the product support/customer service and they sent a replacement. The replacement worked fine in the beginning as well but after several months also stopped working. I called customer support again and they sent me an email with several requests to which I complied. After complying with their requests they stopped communicating with me. I emailed multiple times with no response and finally called customer support again. I was told a replacement was being ordered and mailed to me within two weeks. After a month no replacement has been received. I tried calling customer service multiple times and only get a busy signal, and my emails continued to be ignored. I even went online to their website and started a chat with their customer support and received no response to my inquiry. After a month and a half I finally get this email response from Seauto:“Hello!We are extremely sorry to inform you that our product is currently out of stock,so there is no inventory available at the moment, you would need to wait for a significant amount of time. Given that it is currently the peak season for swimming pools, we are concerned that this might affect your pool experience,so we are willing to offer you a 20% refund. You can then purchase a new machine on Amazon, and it will be delivered to you within just a few days.We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused . Thank you for your understanding and [email protected] is not acceptable!!! If there is inventory to order on Amazon, why can’t they send me a replacement??!!! I have since contacted Amazon and am waiting to see if there is anything that they can do. Seauto should not be allowed to sell their defective products on Amazon!!!
