Great Product and Excellent Product Customer service
On December 26 2024, our kitchen refrigerator totally went off and the amount of food lost was approx. $ 500. As soon as the new refrigerator came in, I browsed through different temperature monitors on Amazon. And after carefully going through the reviews, I decided to purchase this product. It was very easy to set up and was working great. However, after almost 5 months of used, the Hub suddenly stops working (No Power).I contacted product customer service, and they promptly responded to my issues and the communication was very smooth throughout process. Within a week I received a new Hub (replacement) with an extended warranty for 2 years, and my device is finally back to what it was before.Thank you very much MOCREO for being so AMAZING. I will be updating the review.....

Excellent device !
Last year our garage freezer was accidentally left open. Unfortunately, it was in the hottest week in July and we lost all of the food in the freezer. Our garage freezer is for when I stock up during sales and it was very full. I would bet there was over $1000 worth of food in there that went bad. This temperature Alarm is fantastic. It tells my phone when the temperature starts to get too high so I can check it out before it gets warm enough for my food to go bad. I wish we had this a year ago.

Freezer worries gone and customer service is great
The item was received promptly and in good condition. After following instructions carefully, I got it set up and working well. I had to work a little to set the proper alarm thresholds because I didn't understand how the freezer automatic defrost worked until I observed the temperature plots. I bought this item because the freezers were left open a couple of times and some contents partially thawed. I now get alarms when temperatures go too high and I have not lost any more food from unintended thawing. bought this item in late 2024 and just last week the hub quit working. I contacted Mocreo and after asking me some questions about the failure details, they sent me a replacement hub. I quickly set it up and all is well again. Great customer service and I can rest easy again.

Great system to warn of an inoperative freezer.
My friend posted on FaceBook that his freezer quit, he didn't access it until it was too late and he lost everything in the freezer. $500 worth of meat and other frozen foods.I took this as a hint, did some research and settled on this product.I have 3 freezers: one in the basement, one on the first floor and one in the kitchen on the second floor.I put the base station approximately in the center of all three.PROS: the app is great. It's easy to set the trip points. The alarm function works well and alerts me when it gets too warm and again when it's out of danger. The sensors / transmitters are battery operated (rechargeable). I was a little concerned about battery life, but after three weeks one is at 95% and the other two at 100%. I'm not sure how accurate the capacity meter is but it appears the charge life is very reasonable. During the initial 3 week evaluation period we had a 12 hour power outage. My wifi was out until I got a generator going. The generator isn't of sufficient capacity I could power on all three freezers continuously but I could monitor their temperature with no power to them. The temperature rise was acceptable (around 5 degrees in 12 hours). My ability to monitor their temperature during the power outage was a lifesaver.CONS: the transmitter has a jack for the probe and is typically attached to the outside of the freezer / refrigerator with double sided tape. After three weeks, one of them is already falling off. I may have to hot glue some magnets to it to keep it attached. The second concern is the location of the base station. I haven't found a spot where all three sensors are received without a "weak signal" notification from at least one of them. They work as is. A larger house or one that is more spread out might not work at all.I am pleased with the performance. It's also interesting to observe the temperature fluctuations on the two newer freezers. The 30 year old freezer is not 'frost free' so the temp is pretty constant. The 'frost free' freezers oscillate which seems to work pretty well to eliminate frost. For three freezers I purchased the two sensor kit plus base station and a third sensor. This was a good investment with good results.

Quick alert
Was looking for a thermometer that monitored any temperature fluctuations for my garage fridge. So far, so good!! It didn’t take too long to set them up and I already tested the alert system which worked well (some notifications on my phone immediately popped up). This is day 1 though, so hopefully no issues down the road, fingers crossed!

Works, but not complete without issues
If buying this for an indoor refrigerator, it’s probably a five star rating. But I bought this to monitor our new garage-ready refrigerator after our previous 20 year old refrigerator finally called it quits. The wifi system works through a couple of walls and it tracks the temperature rather well. But during our hot and humid summers here in Florida, the need to snake the cable through the weatherstripping causes an issue. I noticed that there was just enough gap to feel the cold air escaping the freezer around the area of the cable. After a few days, I discovered frost being generated in the freezer as a result of the cable preventing the weatherstripping from sealing the freezer. The cost wasn’t there prior to installing this unit, therefore a 3 star rating since it works well, but not in a Florida garage environment.

Great protection from unexpected freezer malfunction!
This little device just saved me about $500 worth of pre-prepared meals that I have in my big freezer! When The temperature rose unexpectedly from 3° to 36° in a short period of time, the alarm gave me the warning I needed to move everything into my two refrigerator freezers, saving everything before it could thaw.I did have an issue with charging in the beginning, so I reached out to the companies customer support and was very pleased by there timely and helpful response. It turned out that my issue was a simple delay from the unit to the app.So far very pleased with my purchase.
