The product is a described BUT expect shipping delays even as a Prime member. I've ordered this item multiple times and multiple times have received it days past the expected PRIME delivery dates.If I'm paying for a service to get 2 day delivery but the service doesn't deliver on time is the service worth paying for?

We ordered 2 axles. On both one side spins freely and the other is hard to turn the wheels
