Progesterone Powder USP, Bioidentical Micronized Powder, Topical and Cosmetic, 10 Grams

What a good VALUE and good product.

I mixed 1/64 tsp with a couple of drops of liquid natural vitamin 3 and applied to my gums just before bed. Boy, did I sleep well and actually for the first time in years woke up refreshed! The progesterone will help balance my abundance of estrogen.

I started taking this while on Vitex for a month. It is hard to tell if the Vitex is more potent in regulating my hormones for it is this progesterone powder. I recently started mixing it with CBD oil- from what I recall Dr. Mercola once mentioned even mixing it with butter should be okay, as it is fat soluble.

So I had been using liquid progesterone drops for quite a few years until I saw a recent article by Dr. Mercola on how he recommended taking progesterone using this Epothex Progesterone Powder. It's micronized, USP, and comes ina protective foil pouch. I purchased an amber glass jar to store it in, and mix a 1/32 teaspoon with a vitamin E capsule squeezed onto a spoon, then rub it into my gums--easy peasy. Another use it to apply it to my temples if I get a headache. Very happy I found this product!

Makes me sleep well and hope it continues, only been taking it got a few days, so far very good.
