Yes it is .... superior quality too.

Q: Should I buy pillow protector cases/covers for this pillow?

You don't have to but I did. It doesn't come with a pillow case.

Q: Have side sleepers here removed some foam and still had good neck support? And how much?

I’ve removed a ton of foam and it is still supportive. I originally thought they didn’t provide extra foam, but it was inside the pillow.

Q: Where can I get more filling to adjust it?

Lol I had no idea it was inside the pillow. As I was adjusting the foam, I felt this bag. Whoa
