Excellent product!
These all-steel snap caps are precision made, fit and function perfectly. Much more durable than the plastic or aluminum type.

Fantastic. Realistic weight.
Works well. Use them in my Glock 47. Zero issues dry firing five days a week. Lots of reloads, trigger press but for training reasons I leave the slide slightly open so don’t have to rack.

Prefer orange tips and Primer
Real feel weight to train without live rounds. Practice cycling your gun without worrying about negligent discharges. Use on the range to simulate malfunctions. Would prefer the orange color to visually verify an inert round. Bought several packages to fill a 30-round magazine.

Product is 5 stars, Customer Service is a whole galaxy of stars
This is one of those occasional purchases that has made me really happy. The snap caps are great, but what truly amazed me was the customer service. In every way, this was a great purchase. The product is excellent. These dummy rounds [snap caps] are made of steel: I checked with a magnet. They are dimensionally correct. I have never before seen snap caps like these, with their replaceable rubber head pads. It seems like an excellent design, which should provide great protection for the vulnerable firing pins of rimfire firearms. The rubber pads are replaceable, so the snap caps should last forever; and, if they don’t, you can get more pads. I have always used A-Zooms. Those are great, but you cannot replace the little pad in the center of the “cartridge” head. With the Bayattoo snap caps, you can. You can also rotate them, so that the firing pin keeps striking different sections of the pads. There was one small problem: The product information states that the box “provides additional 10pcs spare pads.” Well, my package did not include the spare pads. The box did, however, include a card which stated: “If you unfortunately receive any items that couldn’t meet your expectation, please kindly give us an opportunity to correct the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue till you are satisfied.” Well, their “best” is truly outstanding. I emailed them at 7:26 pm on a Sunday. I got a response at 7:59 pm. THIRTY-THREE MINUTES LATER. Their representative was as charming as is the English of the guarantee. The rep gave her name as Candy…I am mentioning her name because I want her boss to notice, and promote her…and she wrote that she had already submitted an order. In the Amazon product information, they promised ten spare pads. Candy sent me FORTY. We had further correspondence, because she wanted to provide me with the tracking number and to keep me updated. In all of her correspondence, she was the perfect customer service rep: knowledgeable, wishing to provide excellent service, and doing everything perfectly. I received the spare pads within four days of requesting them. Technically, three days, since I wrote on a Sunday evening, although that was probably a Monday morning for Candy. Anyhow, the whole thing was a pleasure. And, I think it’s unlikely that you will find the spare pads to be missing. Candy wrote “I appreciate that you contacted us to give us the opportunity to correct the issue you met.” That seems to be the attitude of this company, treating my little complaint as an opportunity to improve. They do continually suggest that you write a review. Hey, I don’t mind. I am very much motivated to write this. I am impressed. If you order these dummy rounds/snap caps, I think that you will be, too.

Solid
They have a nice weight to them and seem to function fine. A little heavy for cylinder dumps, but good for dry firing practice.

Need A Great Snap Cap? Go no Further!
This was my first experience with using snap caps. I was having trouble with several of my 45ACP magazines and my friend showed me how to get to the magazine spring. In the process, I really needed to exercise the magazine with my Taurus PT147 Pro pistol. I wasn't thrilled with using live rounds just to test and exercise the restored magazines so, based on my friend's recommendation, I purchased 10 Bayattoo .45ACP snap caps. I'm an engineer by trade so when the snap caps arrived, I compared them with a live round for size (length, width, and most importantly, weight). They were just perfect! Solid steel for durability made them even better! They provided just what I needed to give me confidence in how my magazines would work with my pistol. Great product!!

These Practice Rounds work great
These are much heavier than most Snap Caps. Test them in each of the firearms you have. Most feed and extract like normal. The 7.62x39mm Practice Rounds worked in several different rifles except for a Ruger American Ranch (Gen 1) that sometimes did not feed properly if the rifle was not at least level or slightly up. This particular rifle failed to extract the rounds most of the time. It functioned properly with a couple other brands of Snap Caps. This could be caused by a slightly different head spacing of the barrel. I changed the bolt to a similar model and they extracted fine. This goes to show exact same models in the same caliber are not exactly alike. Too many tiny differences in their manufacture and assembly can make a difference, also in their accuracy. These rounds come closest to the weight and feel of actual loaded round. The Flat Tip on the 7.62x39mm could also have been a factor. I still give them five stars because they cannot be confused with a loaded cartridge.
