Wichtig für mich: Ich hatte keinerlei Unverträglichkeiten oder Nebenwirkungen, alles wurde gut vertragen. Für unterwegs oder als Alternative zum klassischen Kreatin-Pulver eine sinnvolle Lösung.

I've tried several creatine supplements over the years, and these chewable tablets are by far the most convenient. Each serving provides 5g of creatine monohydrate, which is the most researched and effective form of creatine for strength and performance. � Amazon +1 The flavor is surprisingly good and makes it easy to take creatine without mixing powders or carrying a shaker bottle. I like that I can just keep them in my gym bag and take them before or after workouts. I noticed improved workout endurance and slightly better recovery after a few weeks of consistent use. The only downside is that they contain a bit of sugar and artificial flavor, but overall the convenience makes up for it.

I've tried all the flavors. I actually like grape the best. I'm not a grape guy by any means but it has a nice texture and sweety/sour profile. Fruit punch was good but seemed less chalky and I like the chalky.
