Can not recommend this enough if you are having a C Section. Helps take some of the pain away when standing, sitting in the car and generally in the first few weeks after having a section. Best thing I bought for postpartum.

This product helps a lot after a c section and would definitely recommend to someone who has had a c section the quality is amazing it’s so soft and so comfy

Somewhat useful but the straps wouldn’t tighten or stay tight so constantly had to retighten it for comfort.

I found this belt to be useful and good quality. However, I also found it to be very bulky and uncomfortable. It's very difficult to sit while wearing it. It's also difficult to wear under/over clothes due to it being very bulky. I wore it a few times around the house, I found the heat packs quite nice especially in the recovery period. The belt does have it's good points however,due to it being uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend.
