Daughter loves this product and it was easy to put together solo. The fold up feature is an added bonus, and is lightweight.Downfall, I wish the swing seat could convert for a toddler

Broken
Thought it was great value for money until the bit broke on the swing the day we opened and used it for my little boys 1st birthday. Gutted and because we ordered it a month ago they won’t offer a refund or a replacement!!

I want to love
*edit* Very good customer service. They helped me so my problem was solved. I want to love this. It seems sturdy. Took about an hour to put together. However, the reason I’m disappointed is because I purposely chose this item because the slide and rock climber is interchangeable. We are missing the “S” piece that allows you to flip it over and hook on to the slide part. My daughter really loves sliding and climbing and I wanted something that could do both. I wish there was a way to contact the seller to send the extra piece instead of having to take the WHOLE thing apart to return…. The slide is the VERY LAST STEP so I’m not taking it all apart just for 1 piece.

Missing part too use the slide
We are missing the S wood peice to secure the slide. I am looking to customer service to send me the missing part. Otherwise it's a good sturdy product. I will change the review once the issue has been resolved.
