I brought this for my 6yo for his birthday as an extra present, and this has ended up being the most played with toy! He loves it!

While they're not as thick it's an absolute value for money. My baby loves them... "Daddy, let's built it!"

This is an excellent construction toy. It comes with a challenge poster with various suggestions of things to create. My children enjoyed making their own creations. They are quite fiddly to deconstruct so would make sure younger children don’t just pull them apart using force. The customer service is also excellent. If you sign up for the club e-mails you get lots of links to STEM activities you can do at home.

Whether I liked it or not is irrelevant.My granddaughters 7 and 10 (!) loved it - building examples from the booklet and ticking them off. In a box so got borrowed for their holiday :-)Highly recommended.
