This is a big teapot. Unless you are making tea for several people you probably don’t want this pot.

I ordered this as I often like to drink more than one cup of tea at a time. This item takes a lot of work. While it does make copious amounts of tea, it does not stay warm very long. Due to the diffuser and kettle size. You have to wait twice as long for the tea to be ready. Ready the taste is OK. I find my tea is stronger if I have a single cup and leave the bag or the diffuser inside of the cup. Before you can even get into making the tea you have to heat up enough water separately for the kettle. This one cannot be heated up, which I think is a major flaw. While it’s true that it is easy to use, it takes longer to prep tea using this device. The screw top is really convenient as it helps prevent any unnecessary spillage. It does travel well, but it’s not compact for ease of travel.

Used this for a birthday party in the fall. It held 1 full pot of coffee that says 12 cups on the side..Everything was hot, hours later

Kept contents hot for a long period. 8-10 hrs. Handle broke after 3 months

I gave this just two stars because it doesn’t keep things hot! When I do use the pot….just for someplace to save extra coffee…I have to microwave the drink to reheat. I can’t recommend this product to keep contents hot. BTW, it does look nice.

I used three times and middle portion fell and leaks. It made mess and not able to fix the problem as handle is connected to the mid section. Don’t buy.

This is amazing! My husband works in the cold and this keeps his coffee hot all day!! Made well! Looks really nice!

I drink coffee in the mornings, but like many I use a single serving type of coffee machine with a replaceable K-cup setup. Often though, I like to have hot tea while I'm working, and I'll make a cup or two here and there using tea bags. I've long thought it would be nice to have a small, insulated carafe I could just put loose leaves into to have on my desk, and to that end this hasn't quite worked out as well as I'd hoped due to its size, but it has worked well for having hot tea with dinner or just available in the kitchen.Pros:+ Very attractive looking carafe.+ Quite stable and easy to pour from without spilling.+ Built in removable infuser works perfectly with loose leaves, and there is plenty of room to make tea as strong as you want.+ It is a full-size carafe like the one you'd use in your coffee machine.Cons:- It is a full-size carafe like the one you'd use in your coffee machine.For me personally it being a full-size carafe like the one you'd use in your coffee machine is both a pro and a con. I was looking for something I could use for tea while working, keeping it hot during the day. Unfortunately for that use case this is a bit on the large side, and while technically it does work, it is just a bit too large to be practical for that. When serving two or more people however, it is the right size, and I've found it more useful for hot tea with dinner.Overall, this is a very well-made carafe that you can use for keeping your drink of choice hot for hours. While there are claims it will keep your drink hot for 10 hours, I'm dubious of those as I can't think of even the most insulated thermos I've ever owned that could do that, but it will certainly keep your drinks hot for several hours as it has for me. Make sure you pay attention to the capacity, as this is a full-size carafe, but if that's what you're looking for, this is a very nice one that works well and deserves serious consideration.
