I bought this to replace an older Windows Hello camera with SD resolution. While the older camera was top of the line years ago, and still functioned well, the resolution on video calls was significantly less than others. So, after a lot of research, I settled on this camera, and it works very well. The resolution is truly 4K, and the autofocus and face tracking options are excellent. I like the fact that there is a physical cover for the lens (if you feel someone might be watching you, this eliminates the risk). And (this is mandatory), it works with Windows Hello (allowing you to unlock your computer with 3D facial recognition). I even tried to unlock my computer with a photo of myself, and no dice...Bottom line: Good value for high quality video work.

Wow this webcam is SOOOO much better than others. Here's a before and after photo of me with a more basic webcam on the left and the Logi Brio on the right (same location and background in front of a window). It took all the redness out and softened dramatically. I look so much better. The set up was super easy too and didn't require any plug ins or downloads. It was simple plug and play. It was worth the higher price. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend!

3.5 StarsI'm Angry that the camera stopped working, no matter what I did. I'm more angry than ever that when I reached out to the company for the 1 year warranty, it took me 2 weeks of questions, most of them repetitive from different departments who asked me questions over the phone, before transferring me to a dept that asked about 20 questions, if not more only to send that off to another department who finally got back to me and asked a slew of questions, many the same as the other 2 departments, then finally 2 weeks later, after constantly calling and emailing, someone on the phone apologized and set it up for them to send me the camera, which came days later making it almost 3 weeks I waited to get the new camera. Then they tell me to hold on to the non working camera indefinitely because they could at any point request it to refurbish it. I'm like just let me return it now. So, it's in my drawer in case they email asking for it, crazy.Lastly, the 1st camera I ordered didn't come in the box it was supposed to for the money I paid, per others who received the grand ole box.Once I got it it did look good, let's see about the other. I got it last week, will open and hook up tomorrow so I can send back to Amazon if it doesn't work because the 1 yr warranty under Logitech is just too much trouble.
