I unfortunately received a defective unit. Customer service for this company went above and beyond expectations to ensure i was satisfied.

What a wonderful invention. It really works and is so simple. I love that it is rechargeable ,too.

While there were still flies, however, these helped tremendously.

When I first got this, I figured it only had a modest charge so I charged it for a few hours. I put in on our outdoor patio table and let it run. It stopped on its own after 2-3 hrs. I plugged it back in and left it overnight. It never worked again.I proceeded to disassemble the product and found that the battery had 3.3V. I put it on charge for a little while and there was no increase. I believe the problem is either with the motor or the charging circuit. Could be the switch, too.Revised:I found the problem. I had been charging with a Samsung Super Fast charger. I switched to a simple charger that is about 8 years old and it worked fine.

When they arrived the blades were attached upside down. One of them won’t come on at all and the other two haven’t kept the flies away, they fly all around them and land very close to them. Others had told us how well they worked for them so we were disappointed.

Item did not charge and broke almost immediately. Would not even give it one star.

The media could not be loaded.  Maybe it was just a super fly as the item did noty to keep the fly away
