Each of these books fit nicely in a convenient place in my auto. I use each to record dates, miles, fuel, and whatever I purchase/use. I have done this with books for each of 30+ years of autos. The only thing I would change is the ballpoint pens should not be so slippery.

Advertises itself as pocket-sized, but it’s a bit bigger than that, especially with the pen. Would not fit into a women’s jean pocket. The quality of the notebook is pretty good though, as well as the pen holder. The pen itself is decent, and the feel of the book itself it’s pretty good. All in all, it’s a pretty good journal, it’s just a bit bigger than expected.
