Absolutely LOVE my new kindle e-reader! It’s compact, easy to take anywhere, and has a great battery life! Easy to use, easy to access my library and many other Kindle-friendly venues. The page font is crisp, plenty of light and also wonderful dark mode! The price point is excellent! There are lots of nice selections of cases and covers for it online. I can’t think of a negative thing to say! It’s perfect for my needs!Buying refurbished saves!!

Like small size working great , fast response good options the make it yours. Holds charge a long time and recharges fast . Cover is great , shuts it down when you close it and then wakes it up when opened.

I got this version of the Kindle because I got a good deal on it with a trade-in of an old Amazon device I don't use any more. It's not bad, and I got it mainly for the backlit screen so I can read at night in bed. For that it does great, the screen is plenty bright enough for reading in total darkness, I actually have the brightness turned down from the max setting.USB-C charging is very nice too, micro-B needs to just be removed from spacetime completely. The only complaint I have with this model is that the touchscreen is actually less convenient and seems unnecessary. My old model with the side buttons and the 4-arrow navigation + select button in the center was great. That was easy to hold in one hand (either hand!) and easily turn the pages.With this model I can turn the pages easily if I'm holding it on the right side in a normal upright position, but if I'm holding the thing along the bottom right edge like I usually do I have to reach my index finger out to hit the screen edge and often accidentally turn twice. Kinda hard to explain what I mean without a picture and I'm too lazy to take one, but bottom line is this would be perfect with navigation buttons!

10/10, the best Christmas present I've ever bought myself. I ended up getting my mom one too. I opted for this refurbished option for myself because I wasn't sure how much I would actually use it and didn't want to waste the money on something that would just sit on my nightstand untouched. But I have barely put this thing down since I received it. It's compact enough to fit in my coat pocket, so I frequently take it with me to work or when I run errands in case I have to wait in a long line or have a bit of downtime. I usually find myself reaching for this bad boy instead of my phone in those instances. I recently joined Kindle Unlimited as well, and it has been well worth the price for me. I plowed through all of the available Dungeon Crawler Carl books faster than I thought possible. I honestly haven't read this ravenously since I was a kid reading Harry Potter for the first time. If you're a reader, you absolutely need this thing. The paper like screen is so easy on the eyes, unlike my phone screen, and the night mode is great for reading in bed while my wife is asleep. I genuinely can't recommend this thing enough.

I bought this as a gift for my sister. She loves it. The brightness is great, it is super lightweight and easy to hold. The size is honestly perfect, it provides ease of use!

I love my Kindle. I have wanted one for awhile and finally bought it for myself. I really enjoy reading and this is perfect for me.. Easy to carry in my purse.
