Q: What is the maximum temperature it reaches?

Never used max setting so don't know. It is hot enough on lower settings.

Q: Hi, I'm 5'5", what are the inside measurements? Would I have enough room to move my legs? Also, is the fabric sturdy not flimsy? Thanks

Hi Isabelle, Yes you will have plenty of room. Because it is a full sized sit in sauna it fits people comfortably up to 6 ft 4 inches sat in the chair. (You wouldn't be able to stand up in the tent - it is designed for a sit in sauna so you can enjoy the sauna without it taking up lots of space at home). Inside measurement is 140cm x 80 x 80cm. The fabric is sturdy, designed to be packed back down easily after use as a pop up tent design but with premium oxford material. Feel free to give it a try and if you aren't fully happy you can return it back within 30 days.

Q: Can you use essential oils?

Yes, just add a few drops of your essential oil to the water in the steam generator before turning it on.
