This was a great product, although it didn’t agree with my stomach so I discontinued use. The best thing I can say is that the customer service is top notch. A+

I can’t believe that this actually worked. I read the reviews and was definitely apprehensive but thought I had to try something. I always feel like I have mucus in my chest and when I cough or clear my throat either nothing comes out or very little. Then I get these night attacks which are horrible. My husband has been so patient listening to me clear my throat but I knew if it was driving me crazy, it had to be driving him nuts. I bought this out of desperation. My husband was taking me to NYC on our anniversary and he got me tickets to watch Phantom of the Opera on Broadway. The first thing I thought was what if I have an attack during the play. I bought these 2 weeks before we were to fly out. After the second dose, I knew I had a winner. I’m so happy I could cry. The only thing I will say is make sure that you take it early in the day. At times, I feel like I am awake on them. I don’t know if it has caffeine in them but it doesn’t always do this to me. It doesn’t make me feel jittery just awake. I would highly recommend and my husband does too.

This product is absolutely amazing!!! I am now using it with my second cold. I will notice my sinuses and nose filling up and draining with mucus - then I take the two capsules and the crud and drainage clears up and I can breathe again!! Later in the cold process, I felt the cold moving into my chest with thickening mucous and the deep cough - took the two capsules and the chest cleared up with no mucous drainage into it - and the cough subsided!! So the is a natural enzyme combination that apparently goes to work to break down and clear out the mucous - working together with the body. With each cold now I have not felt miserable like I needed to take some medicine - I actually feel pretty good though just a bit draggy and tired. I never realized how much of the cold misery is related to the sinus pain and mucous drainage from nose, throat, and in the chest. This really seems like a miracle formulation!!! I am so happy to no longer need to take those medicines to stop the misery, but can take something that is really working with my body to improve the situation!!

I bought this because I have COPD and congestive heart failure, with a really bad mucus problem. This was recommended to me by a friend who is an RN, so I thought I'd try it. I found that the cheap mucus relief product I buy at the grocery store is just as good as this, if not better. Plus, this is very regimented since you have to take it either one hour before or two hours after you eat. That might work for some people, but it's not for me. UPDATE: I didn't request a refund, but the manufacturer read my review and contacted me to offer a full refund, which was accomplished quickly. THAT is good customer service!!!!! Because of this, I'm raising my star rating from a 1 to a 4.

If you use it according to directions and 2-3 capsules, 2-3 times a day it's a very short supply. Cannot recommend based on the price and very small quantity. I guess that's why they don't show the directions on the description. Very deceptive.

I got this as a "just in case" item because of all of the viruses going around. I didn't know that I would be NEEDING it a week after it arrived though. These enzymes work best on an empty stomach. As soon as my son woke up coughing tons of phlegm, I gave him these. He has no other symptoms and I am hoping it stays that way. For now, I am grateful to at least have these. I myself have taken other proteolytic enzymes by Enzymedica and the very first thing they do is clear out your lungs. This version is formulated for mucous so I don't know that it will have any other benefits to it like their other proteolytic enzymes.
