I'll keep this review short. This MSG product will add so much depth to your meals without adding to much "flavor". Good buy and price for the amount you get.

The verdict is still out . Not sure if it is helping with tenderness or flavor . Maybe it just me and my taste buds !

We have missed out on MSG for many many years. I cook with it all the time now. Must have!

It works great, tastes great and I plan to use it until I run out. Would I buy it again? probably not... for one simple reason, it clumps. I hate it when I am trying to use it and a big lump of MSG drops in, I don't know why but it happens. None of my other spices do this but good ole MSG has to be shaked out in a separate bowl to check for lumps before adding in. Other than that issue its exactly as I expected I hope the manufacturer can figure a way to prevent lumps cause it is a quality product.

MSG isn't much on its own, but it does contribute the subtle sense of deliciousness. This powder is very fine and you don't need much to enhance a meal.

I am a tester. I dream of Monosodium Glutimate from RICE but in the USA, GMO (genetically modified organism) Corn is the cheapest. This was badly fermented and cheaply made. I took an oversized dose and it just about put my body in shock. It felt like my eyeballs had cotton balls in them. And my brains blood flow was similar to muddy gutter flow. It was not good in the least.Find another brand. I know what plants things are taken from. They are all insanely different. Price is telling you a lot. 1 week after and I still suffer. Best not to overdose, haha
