dissapointed
on the description the product says condition: NEW... i received it and it is used. dirty and blotchy .. i don't want to put it on my face because it looks as if i do i will break out. there are clumps ... i am very dissapointed with this purchase and i always purchase from amazon.. now i will think twice before buying anything again
