This blender is super useful for our day life. Its functions are satisfying my entire family, no matter making smoothies, cold drinks, etc. Its quality is good, very durable and stable when it's working. It doesn't make too much noise and very easy to clean. It's really one of my most valuable purchases this year!

Update: the replacement arrived quickly. Changed to 4 stars. Time will tell if the bearing design lasts.Pending update. Mfr replied to an email. (So avoid their chat on website and use email). They are to be sending a replacement base. It might just by an isolated bearing failure. They are designed to be sealed. I’m moving to 3 stars until outcome is known. But I will say once they engaged they have been responsive.Original review: So we got this two months ago. And use it every other week a few times. So maybe 10-12 uses. The motor seems powerful enough and it blends, but the smoothie base (we’ve never used the larger Blender jar/base) has a horrible design flaw. The bearings under the blades are not sealed.You can see in the pictures that they are completely rusted. It cant even turn with hand force anymore rusted and fine dust is blowing everywhere the last couple times used. And I suspect the motor is being strained towards a premature failure.The last pic you can see it says “do not immerse in water”. We saw that when we first got it and we haven’t. But you have to clean the blades to sanitize and that involves water. So even being diligent and making sure we don’t flood the underside or and never put it in the dishwasher enough moisture has gotten in there to cause bearing failure this soon.I’m waiting to see what support the manufacturer provides (I tried their websites support chat and gave up after 15 mins of no response. Not even automated) but as an honest review, with this design flaw I would have to give it 1 star and recommend you avoid.

Ordered this as my wife loves to make smoothies . Ordered it in last week of August and was delivered to me in couple of days. Made mango smoothie with it texture was awesome thanks to tough built quality . It performs well ( blender) am quite satisfied with the product.

Great blender, we use it everyday. We had a small issue with the motor and Amzchef quickly replaced the item to get us back to using it every day!

this blender worked for a month then stopped. i did not use it for frozen smoothies but rather to blend in my vitahustle product smoothie which was basically two scoops of powder and 8 oz of liquid. amazon did not help to either get a replacement or repair as it was 3 months out of shipping date. not worth the money - i had a ninja bullet small that worked for years before i traded it for this piece of junk!

This is the best blender for smoothies no leakage blender power is excellent the function are satisfying it performs well and quite easy to use and easy to clean I really like it and I also recommends this blender
