This product is amazing! I put it together myself only needed a screw driver. Everything else was in the box. Instructions very clear. Material very good sturdy. My daughter is a climber and is so happy with this Phoebe Castle lol. Feels good she played while mommy put it together took a few days due to life but worth it.

Our son LOVES this bed! It was a pain to put together (definitely a two person job) but worth the effort. It seems very sturdy and looks lovely. So why 4 stars vs 5? Missing several pieces. It was missing pieces for the safety rail(!) and for the attachable tower. The company offered to send a whole new bed but it weighs 100+ lbs and we had already hauled that mass up the steep stairs and assembled it. We ended up buying a safety rail and cannot use the tower since it’s super wobbly. Overall, great quality bed, though.

It’s disappointing.. just a few of the many issues with this bed. The wood isn’t treated so it splinters really bad. I have shavings all over my daughters carpet that I have to keep cleaning up because they hurt so bad if you step on them. Next is the fact that the wood splits super easy when trying to screw it together. Also who thought it was a good idea to make EVERY SINGLE screw only compatible with an Allen wrench? This was miserable to put together. Also one of the screws wasn’t even usable due to the hole not being cut out properly so we had to go buy one that matched it. Another issue is the slide. The board that slides in to make the base of the slide is too long so it’s impossible to get it screwed into place. We had to sand it down quite a bit to get it to sit flat against the bed. Also the wood is so cheap, this bed feels like it’s made of toothpicks. I really don’t expect to get more than a year out of this bed. I am SO disappointed.
