Honestly happy with this purchase. It’s a great little bit of kit for my 7 year old and she loves it. The little soft animal faces you get in it are a great starting point and she still enjoys grabbing them but keeping those little plastic eggs from kinder surprise eggs have been a game changer. Slight more difficult to get but that makes it more exciting when she gets one. Fill em with sweets sometimes or more recently with game ideas or day out ideas and she gets to win an egg and that decides what we do. It’s very loud but you can turn the music off so that’s not an issue. It feels sturdy enough and it’s great fun. It’s not cheap for what you get but that being said for me and my daughter it was worth it. She LOVES it.

Works well and keeps the kids entertained for ages. You can have the music on or on mute. The soft toys that come with it are great and you can add your own in there if they are lifht/similar weight.

Awful, do not buy. This was the second time I ordered this product after the first one stopped working within a week, and this one doesn’t work AT ALL! I’ve tried three different sets of brand new D batteries and nothing works. I have two very disappointed children as this was a present from Father Christmas and they now have nothing

The chain slips a lot, then the claw won't open. It's frustrating for the child.

After reading several 'not so good' reviews of these toy grabbers I decided on this one and have not been disappointed. Opened it up and tested it out before wrapping for Christmas, bought a few other small toys to fit in and when tested it will also grab these, just make sure it isn't over full so the claw can open fully. I think this is going to be our family top toy this year!

Our daughter has played with this non stop. She’s obsessed with claw machines at arcades so this was a home run. The plushies that come with it are the best size and weight, but we’ve tried a few candies. They’re definitely harder to get, but she enjoys that. The plushies are easy to learn how to grab. We sometimes use this as a way for her to pick out her evening treat. And seeing as it can only pick up very small candies it’s a win win as far as I’m concerned. Haha! Assembly was easy as well as learning how to use it. The only drawback I see is if a child were to be even a little rough with it, I could see it stop working pretty quickly. The parts are a bit flimsy. So be sure to encourage gentle use.

I ordered this for my son's 6th bday. It came and it didn't work. I reached out to the service team and they sent me some tips to try and resolve the issue. Still didn't work. I notified them and they quickly sent ne a replacement. The service was fantastic. The product itself (they working one) is just ok. It's kinda neat and fun for a bit .it came with little stuffed guys and I bought some other little candy and toys to add to it. The music would be great if the volume could be adjusted, it's either loud as can be or off. The controls are easy to use but but they don't always work as they should .the claw is run by a chain so that is also loud and sounds like something is breaking when it's in use. It just it is also smaller then the image on the listing makes it seem. Overall great customer service. But just keep in mind this is more of a novelty type toy , it's neat but could be better

This toy is well made. It comes with these cute stuffed animals to put inside the machine, lots of coins, stickers to put on the top, and instruction paper. We bought this for our daughter and son, the stickers would make it look more girly, so we didn’t put them on. It’s nice that this claw machine offers 3 modes on sounds: no sound, lower sound and louder sound, and can be turned off when not playing to save battery. It uses 3 of D size batteries, we happen to have rechargeable ones on hand and I’m glad this machine works with rechargeable batteries. Here I also attached a picture of the bottom of the machine to show the layout of the battery compartment and where coins go. It’s easy to slide the cover to get the coins out then slide back to close. The music duration is long enough to not make us feel rushy, and it plays in a faster speed at the end to let us know when to hurry up. And the claw is strong to keep the thing it catches stay in place when moving to the dropping area so less frustrations for kids. Overall it’s a fun toy for our kids, and even us grownups for family time :)
