I bought these bags thinking I would use them as storage for items that I could not immediately compost. However, I had to use two bags for items that would never compost. The bags coped well with large loads of prunings from buddleia and other shrubs. This made disposal easy. I bought these on a whim for the reason stated, but these bags are going to be far more useful than I first thought. I wish all my purchases proved as useful.

They have a good capacity, however, loading and carrying is a frustrating affair! There is nothing to keep the mouth of tthe bag open and the mouth flounders when trying to place leaves and debris in. other types of bag have a ridged band that holds the opening open and assists loading. Shame but I will not be order these again

large capacity, easy to load as opening is adequately large enough for small lengths of leaf laden pruning debris. Handles are reinforced tape so hopefully will last longer than the usual plastic ones. The plastic of the bag appears a little lightweight but don't want something that is heavy before its loaded up! I am pleased with this item

These garden waste bags are very good value for money, because they are so big. In fact a family of six could live in one bag, so world homeless problem solved. Bad joke I know, but they are good.

Had been looking for a good strong bag for carrying garden waste from the garden to the recycling bins. The I get three for the price of what a single one retails in a popular high street store. I am very happy and from feel of the material it looks like they will last.

Garden waste bags are great, however you have to love the local authority garden waste collection. They wouldn't take them as they were not council bags. When I pointed out the local authorities have not had any for over six and this is why I purchased these. The jobs worth still would, I loaded them into the lorry, I did it myself. I would recommend the product, however not recommend for the Vale of Glamorgan collection driver as he got out of the wrong side of the bed that day.

the three bags take a lot of garden waste and fit perfectly in the car (one in the boot and two on the back seat), even when very full, to take to the tip. I have used them numerous times and they are still in good condition, with no tears, despite being used for prickly stuff like holly and brambles.

Very big and very strong with well-stitched fabric handles. I need these for taking debris after lawn scarifying to the recycling centre - its amazing how much volume there is; these are perfect. I'm going to keep one permanently in the boot of the car as a kind of boot-liner for other trips to the dump!
