I'm not a doctor, and I'm not trying to put out any medical advice. A friend told me about pine bark a couple of months ago and I saw that this vendor had a version of it so I thought I would give it a try as I've been impressed with other items I bought from them. After about 3 weeks of taking it, my blood pressure was down about 15 points. I didn't do anything different other than add the pine bark so I can only guess, not prove but guess, that's it had something to do with a drop in blood pressure.The supplement seems to be high quality and doesn't taste bad or cause any kind of indigestion. As I said, Purely Holistic makes high quality supplements and the fact that they were making this is one of the reasons I tried it. Compared with the other manufacturers on Amazon, this seems like a very good value and the pills are easy to take, which is very important.

Works great , i take daily , easy to take no taste . I do really sleep better . plus i'm a type 2 diabetic on blood thinners so i bruise easy ,an when i started this my arms and hands looks like i was beaten with a ball bat but within a couple of weeks my bruises have all cleared up. LOVE THIS STUFF .

Doesn't seem to have any negative gastrointestinal effects. Taking about 1 month, caught a nasty cold so not sure if it helps with immunity. No noticable positive or negative effects. It's a 4 month supply so 3 months to go then will decide if I feel any more healthy.

I'm amazed at the prices of Purely Holistic products but it's because they eliminate the middle man by manufacturing their own products. This allows them to pass the savings on to you! I've tried a few different supplements that I usually get elsewhere and they seem to be of the same quality for a lower price. I will continue to use PH supplements and I recommend that you try them!

I cannot speak to the long term effects, however it is great that I only have to take one pill. I am so tired of getting supplements that I have to take 4-6 pills for any results. I find this with many of the Purely Holistic supplements, that you only have to take one, so for the price it’s a good deal if you are looking for Pine Bark Extract.
